We will not be able to issue any refund for the Trial Class Pass. Valid for 1 Month from the date of purchase. Can be used for class (45 minutes) . Class cancellation or reschedule must be made 24 hours before the start of the class to get a class pass credit refund. Each child can only purchase one time trial class pass. The trial class pass can only be shared between siblings. Gymboree Play & Music Richmond reserves the right to make the final decision.
