Hi! My name is Sage McPhatter-Davis, and I serve as the Chief Administrative Officer of the Urban Educational Project and Director of External Affairs at the Jersey Explorers Children’s Museum in East Orange, NJ. I’m currently a student at Spelman College, where I’m pursuing my degree with a focus on education, community development, and youth programming.

With almost six years of hands-on experience working with children and families, I’m passionate about creating safe, joyful, and enriching environments where young people can grow, explore, and thrive. I specialize in early childhood educational psychology, creative learning experiences, and youth mentorship, and I’ve led programs ranging from museum exhibits to summer camps to school partnerships.
